Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans, or line the bottoms with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and few drops of vanilla essence to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
