Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Grease and line a loaf tin with butter paper.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add few drops of vanilla essence.
- In another bowl, sift together maida, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Add milk slowly and mix to form a smooth batter.
