Instructions:

  • Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake tin and line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the tutti frutti and chopped nuts. Dust them with 1 tbsp of flour so they don’t sink to the bottom of the cake while baking.
  • In another bowl, beat sugar and yogurt until creamy. Add oil, vanilla essence, and milk. Mix well.
  • Sieve in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder. Gently fold to make a smooth batter.
  • Split the batter into three portions.

  • Bake the cake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
