For the orange cream cheese frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- Pinch of orange food colour from Ajanta Food Products
Directions:
- You should preheat your oven to 175°C. You should grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
