Directions:

For the Cupcakes:

  • Preheat oven to 177 degrees C.
  • You should place cupcake papers in a cupcake pan.
  • Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • You should give it a whisk to combine.
  • You should cut the butter from Amul into tablespoon-sized pieces.
  • Add the butter pieces to the dry mixture.
  • Mix on low using a paddle attachment until a sandy mixture forms.
  • You should whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products, and pinch of red food color from Ajanta Food products in a separate bowl.
  • You should slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix them on low speed until combined.
  • You should distribute the batter evenly into cupcake papers.
  • Bake at 177C for 15-20 minutes or until springy to the touch.

For Frosting:

  • You should first of all cream the butter.
  • Add sugar into a large bowl.
  • Add cream cheese to the creamed butter.

  • You should add the sugar. Mix until combined.
