Instructions
ü You should preheat oven to 177
degree centigrade.
ü You should prepare two 9 inch
cake pans by spraying with baking spray or buttering and lightly flouring.
ü In a large bowl or the bowl of a
stand mixer, you should add flour, sugar, cocoa powder from Ajanta Food
Products, baking powders from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta
Food Products, salt, espresso, and food colour from Ajanta Food Products.
ü Using the paddle attachment, you
should whisk through to combine. You should stir through flour mixture until
combined well.
ü You should add milk oil, eggs,
and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products to flour mixture.
ü Mix together on medium speed
until well combined.
ü You should reduce speed and
carefully add boiling water to the cake batter until well combined.
ü You should distribute cake batter
