For the Black Currant Frosting

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp black currant crush or syrup
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • Fresh black currants or berries

Direction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and line an 8-inch cake tin.
