How to make tasty paneer tikka at home?

Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, you should add:
ü 6
teaspoon of thick curd
ü 1
teaspoon of red chilli powder,
ü One

ü Salt
to taste
ü 1
teaspoon of coriander powder

teaspoon garam masala
ü ½
teaspoon of chaat masala

Step 2:
Next add the following in
the curd mixture,

teaspoon freshly prepared ginger garlic paste

adding oil. It is important to understand that the marinade must be thick. Add

In this thick mixture, add
paneer, capsicum, tomato and onions. Coat them well with marinade.

Cover and rest them in
fridge for minimum of 1 hour.

After one hour, begin to
thread them on skewers. You can thread 3 to 4 paneer cubes on each skewer along
with onion and other veggies.

7:
Heat a tawa with one
tablespoon of oil. Place the skewers in the center and grill them on a medium
heat.
Step
8:
Turn them around to grill
evenly until they turn golden. After that, you should put it over a direct fire
like gas stove until char grilled. This step will ensure all of the marinade is
cooked through. Serve them warm with fresh pudina chutni.
